This is a very, very small and older dealership in Medina NY - Not the slick megastore you usually think of when looking to buy a vehicle - very down home local type shop - BUT Our sales person, Gage was Amazing (sincere, sweet, honest, helpful and kind) - His communication was Fantastic - Even after our purchase, he continued to follow-up with and assist us with any problem we had - You can count on Gage for friendly, full-service assistance and to take excellent care of you - The dealership provided straight-forward financing information and they stuck to their word - no fancy, last minute "footwork" - Kevin, the sales manager was straightforward, helpful and friendly - Nicole, one of the finance managers, was extremely knowledgeable and fast - We didn't have to sit and be needlessly jerked around for hours by This dealer (as is typically the case w most dealerships) - Corrine was veryu helpful and knowledgeable about the car's technology and the Lincoln apps and patiently assisted us with linking our personal devices to the vehicle - They even offered to purchase brand new all-weather OEM Lincoln Aviatior car mats for us, as we subsequently noticed that the car mats were missing We want to thank Gage and everyone else who helped make it a very smooth purchase!! Be careful where you buy! 2 weeks to the day after taking delivery I have an issue, take it back, the guy actually had the nerve to come out with an estimate for over $3,000. I just payed almost $40,000 for delivery I have an issue, take it back, the guy actually had the nerve to come out with an estimate for over $3,000. I just payed almost $40,000 for the truck, 3 weeks later they want another $3,000! After leaving I get a call back wanting me to buy and aftermarket warranty THEN come back and have them pay for it (dishonest much) ? I will pay literally any other ford dealer to repair this before giving this place another penny. More

Awful experience. Planned a visit with Orleans Ford on a perfect day just for them to tell my wife and I, while we were halfway there, that they were closing at said [...] time while failing to inform us of perfect day just for them to tell my wife and I, while we were halfway there, that they were closing at said [...] time while failing to inform us of their hours. Mind you we had an appointment set already and we lived 7.5 hours away. We rented a rental and planned on BUYING this pick up truck from them and dropped the rental off in a local drop off point. We rented a motel and had many plans set into this trip and to buy the truck. BOTTOM LINE Deal was a bust and the communication really left a bad taste in my mouth with Orleans Ford in Medina, NY. I will say, Brennan in sales was the only positive from this failed deal. Brennan was put on the deal 30 minutes after the dealership closed. He was a huge help and allowed me to test drive the truck although NO SALE could go through due to the financing department going home.
