Awful experience. Planned a visit with Orleans Ford on a perfect day just for them to tell my wife and I, while we were halfway there, that they were closing at said [...] time while failing to inform us of perfect day just for them to tell my wife and I, while we were halfway there, that they were closing at said [...] time while failing to inform us of their hours. Mind you we had an appointment set already and we lived 7.5 hours away. We rented a rental and planned on BUYING this pick up truck from them and dropped the rental off in a local drop off point. We rented a motel and had many plans set into this trip and to buy the truck. BOTTOM LINE Deal was a bust and the communication really left a bad taste in my mouth with Orleans Ford in Medina, NY. I will say, Brennan in sales was the only positive from this failed deal. Brennan was put on the deal 30 minutes after the dealership closed. He was a huge help and allowed me to test drive the truck although NO SALE could go through due to the financing department going home. I will NEVER go to this dealership again. The sales person John that I had was the least attentive person I have ever met. He acted like I didn't even matter.
