Easiest car buying experience. I have never owned a Ford. Recently totalled my vehicle and needed to replace it. Researched Ford Explorers and decided to buy one based on reliabilit I have never owned a Ford. Recently totalled my vehicle and needed to replace it. Researched Ford Explorers and decided to buy one based on reliability, performance and looks. Searched the internet for used Explorers that had low mileage, remaining factory warranty, higher end trim packages and fair pricing. There is no doubt that Orleans Ford has a respectable selection of Explorers that meet my criteria. I called and arranged for a test drive. Loved the drive and sat down with Justin Gruber. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The price was nearly $2,000.00 below what others dealers were charging for the similar vehicle. Very much a "no haggle" experience. At no point was I ever asked to put money down on top of the handshake agreement to "seal the deal." That is a first. I then met with Eric Justin in finance and came to an agreeable term of payment that included an extended warranty due to the amount of miles I drive. I love the Ford Explorer and I am confident that Orleans Ford stands behind the label and their sale. More
