I just picked up my new 2018 Super Duty last week. All sold to me by Rich Beyer. I have found all of the staff at Orleans Ford to be friendly and courteous and to go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. Contacted dealership by phone since I resid Purchased a 2013 Lincoln MKS Ecoboost this month from Orleans Ford. Vehicle initially located on Internet. Contacted dealership by phone since I reside over two hours away, and spoke with Sales Manager, Randy Klatte. Randy agreed to initiate a sale on my word alone, and later, Sales Associate Dominic DeCarlo completed the sale. Some minor complications arose due to my trade in being unavailable for the dealership to view at the time. A trade in offer was made without seeing the vehicle, which was eventually agreed upon. Dominic requested all the necessary information via email, and on the day of the exchange of vehicles, things went perfectly, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. This is my second vehicle purchase in 3 years from Orleans Ford. The first, a Lincoln MKX is still running perfectly. There are several larger dealership within 30 minutes of my residence, so why drive almost 3 hours to get to Orleans Ford? For one, both prices of the Lincolns purchased were far less than comparable vehicles at every dealership I checked, if they can be found at all (in the case of the MKS Ecoboost). Second, low mileage in both cases. A 5 year old car with 31,000 miles, and what appears to be almost mint condition, at a fraction of the cost of the vehicle new, is always a good buy in my opinion. Overall, a very good experience, which will likley lead me back to the dealership in the future. More
