Very Positive Experience After being a Ford person for the past thirty plus years, our past Cadillac has changed my opinion of GM products recently. Due to a recent accident ( After being a Ford person for the past thirty plus years, our past Cadillac has changed my opinion of GM products recently. Due to a recent accident (not of our choosing), my goal was to purchase another Cadillac to replace the earlier SRX. Not looking for a new vehicle, the ORR lot had the best selection to choose from within the Bi-state region and competitive pricing. Wishing to upgrade to a larger and more luxurious vehicle than previous, ORR's sales force was very receptacle in showing us several vehicles to meet or wish list needs (eventually resulting is a sales). As for the the dealership, past experiences with former Owner (Smith Cadillac) have not been good. Over the past forty-years the former location was ignored even though selection was adequate, but sales force was not to our liking. My experience this time with the new location and name change has really been an eye-opener. Easy access, over-friendly staff and selection has given us one of the best experiences in purchasing a vehicle in many years - well done ORR staff! He worked with us to search ORR's large selection of vehicles to find the one vehicle that met all of our needs: leg room, gas mileage, and affordable monthly payments. Then Dave Williams managed to get our payments to an even more affordable level, as well as including a warranty and service contract! All in all a great buying experience for a couple that was just planning on window shopping! More

We had been to several othe This would be my second buying experience with Susan Brown. The first time I needed a suitable used vehicle for my father. We had been to several other dealers that day and finally landed at Orr Chevrolet. I came in with no idea of what brand or model I was looking for, just a certain set of criteria. Susan showed us several vehicles that fit our needs and we came to a fair deal on a VW Tiguan. Dad has been very happy with it. This time I knew exactly what I wanted and gave Susan a call. It probably wasn’t the easiest request for her, as I complicated the deal with two trades and was coming in from out of town, but she made it happen finding the exact vehicle although it had to be brought in from another dealer. She was able to arrange most everything by phone and email and got me a great deal. A few days later I and a friend drove the two trade vehicles in and less than 3 hours later headed down the road in my new 2018 Chevy Colorado LT. No hassles…no worries. Oh yeah, she also gave me a heads up that I might have a refund coming from the balance of the extended warranty on one of my trades. I did $700.00! Thanks Susan, you are a true professional; knowledgeable and doing your utmost to get the customer the best deal possible. Thanks again Susan, another car deal well done! She had a great friendly smile and a professional personality. We shared what we were looking for, she showed us a couple of good choices, then she wanted to show us a new 2017 Malibu, a great deal!! Of course, we both love the new Malibu’s, and said sure!! Susan’s knowledge of the info on the car was amazing. We took a test run and was very impressed with the car. We decided we wanted “this” car. We also aprpreceated the no pressure sale from her. Susan was the most enjoyable car buy I’ve ever experienced. When we were moved to Chris’s office for the paperwork, we found Chris very friendly and on task with ALL the paper signing. He made the process very comfortable and easy to understand.
