I called in for a oil change early that week and was told that they had to order supplies..called back for pricing never got it...so when I made it there..had to wait over an hour for my appt....now normally that they had to order supplies..called back for pricing never got it...so when I made it there..had to wait over an hour for my appt....now normally when I get my service did there its only like $50..but this time it was almost $80...dont understand why but was never told that up front also they did not re-set my car for maintenance been done. They didn't do a point inspection either....very disappointed with my service...will not be coming back!!!!! More

I purchased my Expedition from Orr Ford last February. They were a great team to work with ! I went for my first oil change & “check-up” in August. They handled everything quickly & efficiently. My second oil change was last week and again they were professional & courteous! Orr Ford is a 1 & 1/2 hour drive for me but is definitely worth the drive to deal with such competency! More
