Hi Mrs. Draper. First, on behalf of all our team members let me apologize for your experience. Our goal is to deliver 100% satisfaction to each of our guests and we collectively sought to do this for you as well. We very much understand and respect your perspective plus we very much would like to satisfy you on this repair. However, it’s evident that the clips to the scrape shield have been damaged and need to be replaced and after carefully inspecting the under carriage of the vehicle it seems to our chief technician that this damage was not caused from having an oil service done. We have already had the scrape shield itself Goodwilled and we are prepared to provide this free of charge. Mark has even offered to come pick up your vehicle again as we did last week to minimize the inconvenience this has caused. Our team is focused on providing the highest quality of service possible and we hope to provide you and your family this service. Please let us know if you would like a quote on having the clips replaced at your earliest convenience and we will get this remedied for you. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience and we will strive to rectify this matter this week. Thank you.
