new car purchase for the most part, i am very satisfied with the dealership. was looking for new 2018 pathfinder. they had some new 2017's left, so changed focus to for the most part, i am very satisfied with the dealership. was looking for new 2018 pathfinder. they had some new 2017's left, so changed focus to that. got a pretty nice price and wrapped it up fairly quickly, until my wait time at the finance guy. had a problem with Nissan that had nothing to do with dealership, but still annoying. salesman was really good at product info. everything he told me he was going to do, he followed through with. he was pretty distracting with his chewing gum. after he got Nissan's issue fixed (3-4 days after purchase), he filled up my tank again and the dealer gave me a small gift to help make up for the inconvenience to me...on top of replacing the wiper blades after i complained about them a day after my purchase when it rained really pretty happy all around with how it all went down More

The bad: The oil change and tire rotation warning notices were not reset causing me to have to go get a representative to reset them before I left. On my way home I noticed that the right rear tire had 3 lbs less air pressure than the others requiring me to stop at a gas station and air the single tire on my way home. More

Best service rep! I have owned my Nissan, that I also purchased from Hudiburg, for nearly 5yrs now. I always come back to the dealership for all of my maintenance and servicing and I ALWAYS see Ken Burger.
