Even though I live 80 miles from the dealership, I have taken my car in for oil changes and service since I bought it. Marven Johnson has always been the person I deal with when scheduling an appointment and when I bring my car in. He is the reason I keep coming back! He is a man of his word and I trust him completely. He is the Nissan Service Manager and a busy man. He has a number of people who could help me, but he always take the time to talk to me and make sure everything is taken care of when I come in. So, when my son started looking for car to purchase, I advised him to check out the cars online at Hudiburg. He located a car recently and we set up a day to visit the dealership. I contacted Mr. Johnson to inquire about who I should speak with in the Sales Department. When I pulled up at the car lot, Travis Smith was there to greet me and let me know Mr. Johnson had notified him that I was on my way. We had found a 2016 Nissan Sentra online and that was the first car we looked at. Travis arranged a test drive immediately and it was exactly what my son was looking for! Travis took us into the dealership and Dustin Kemp was the Finance person who helped us finalize the sale. He was very helpful and we completed signing paperwork in less than 30 minutes. Travis had the car cleaned, gassed up and ready to go when we were finished. My son did have one question about the steering wheel in the Sentra and Travis contacted Mr. Johnson who had it sent back to the Service Department to be checked out. I would recommend Hudiburg to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Travis Smith in Sales. He provided outstanding customer service and made our car purchasing experience a positive one! I met Eddie the sales manager at the door who introduced me to Victor who helped me learn about the vehicle I was there to drive. Victor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions about the vehicles features during the test drive and walked me around the vehicle to show me all of its features. I decided to see what they would give me for my trade and try to make a deal. That process was quick and easy, again no pressure. The finance office was great too - if I said no I don’t want to add something then the answer back was a quick ok, and we moved on to paper signing. The entire process took several hours but from my experience buying many cars, it always does. Thanks to the crew at Hudiburg for making this a pleasant buying experience, we love our new Nissan Pathfinder! More

Sell you anything, even if it's a bad lemon Just bought a used Nissan Murano from the lot thier lot. Thinking that buying a used Nissan from a Nissan dealership would be better than from a mom Just bought a used Nissan Murano from the lot thier lot. Thinking that buying a used Nissan from a Nissan dealership would be better than from a mom and pop, I ubered from Dallas to Oklahoma to make the purchase. Took it to my regular shop in Dallas, they had to fix an oil leak, spark plugs were going bad, and had to change the air cabin filter which had the car smelling while I was on the way to Dallas. On top of that. After driving it for less than a week, the brakes started making noise, and autozone says that if the brakes aren't fixed then I'll have to buy rotors. Don't buy a used car from them. They are rip offs. More
