Did not enjoy my time here. Scheduled my oil change at 7:45. When i arrived, i was almost charged for my service, even when i expressed that i had a warranty to cover the servic Scheduled my oil change at 7:45. When i arrived, i was almost charged for my service, even when i expressed that i had a warranty to cover the service. This was corrected. I then waited 1.5 hours for my car. When the service manager came to see me, he told me i needed 2 new filters and was in critical need of brake fluid. Total cost would be $250+. I asked to see the filters, but he told me once taken out, they could not be put back. I asked how they new that the filters needed to be replaced if they had not seen them. He then stated that it was a general recommendation for vehicles after 15k miles. I reminded him that i just recently purchased this vehicle from their dealership and had only put ~4000 miles on it. He apologized and told me to decline all the services. I asked for clarification: “so none of these critical needed items are actually indicated?” And he said correct. This was extremely frustrating to hear and going forward i will know not to trust the service staff at this location. I ended up getting my vehicle and leaving around 9:15. More
