I’ve never been in the dealership - the service area and lounge is in a windowless closet tucked away from the showroom. The service personnel are professional and courteous, but the “experience” waiting fo lounge is in a windowless closet tucked away from the showroom. The service personnel are professional and courteous, but the “experience” waiting for your service to be completed from a customer perspective is subpar compared to other dealerships, in my opinion.
