Brad is always pleasant. To my knowledge he does not seem to try and cheat me. I believe that dealer prices are always much higher than everyone else; however, I will come to To my knowledge he does not seem to try and cheat me. Service manager was good. Whoever changed my oil should have cleaned up the engine compartment better as when I got home, oiled leaked on the garage floor. Last time I did an oil change there, they apparently didn't check all the lug nuts as one went missing. The time before that, they lost two valve stem caps. The mechanics need to slow down and make sure they get it right. More
