Informative, friendly, fast I’ve been having my car serviced there even before Orr Nissan took over. The service guys are very nice, and prompt. Anytime I I need to leave my car I’ve been having my car serviced there even before Orr Nissan took over. The service guys are very nice, and prompt. Anytime I I need to leave my car they offer a shuttle service to bring me to work, at least that’s how it’s always been before it became Orr Nissan and I assume they are still doing so. I’ve never had any problems with the service, I’m satisfied. I like the value pack service offers for the oil changes, it’s a good deal and it really helps me out since having your car serviced can get really expensive depending on what you need done. More

Oil change and tire rotation I have used this repair facility in the past and not had any issues. This time I specifically asked to have the air pressure checked in my tires when I have used this repair facility in the past and not had any issues. This time I specifically asked to have the air pressure checked in my tires when they rotated them. It’s even written on my service ticket. The pressures were not checked. It still had the same mismatched numbers on the readings. There was also an oily substance on my drivers seat. I will continue to go there probably but felt like they rushed through my service this time. More
