This place works hard to give you options! The only reason it didn't get the full 5 stars is because the very 1st guy was very rude and only wanted us to talk to him. Once we finally got to the correct person and place we needed to be at things then changed for the better. We went in and started some paperwork and started looking at and test driving vehicles. Now we had two kids under the age of 2 with us and let me tell you they were GREAT with us! The salesmen were very patient with the babies and very understanding when the toddler got antsy and needed to be a kid. They offered to let us put carseats in the vehicles we test drove but I felt that would be a little much to swap out several times so I told my husband to go and see what he thought. When they would get back the salesmen made sure that I had the same offer to test drive as well. While my husband was on one of the drives Brad (one of the managers) came and spoke with me to get a better idea of what exactly we wanted and needed in our vehicle. Brad is the car lot guru! He showed my husband about 5-6 different options and was very upfront about payments and where they would fall with what we wanted. He made us feel as though we actually had a choice in the vehicle we chose. Now yes you have a choice you can always leave and go else where, however we didn't have the best of credit and we were using a trade with a vehicle we already had a loan on so that really wasn't something we wanted to do. We were prepared to leave with the car we had before we ever even went to the dealership ( as adults we understand things don't always happen the way you would like). So after looking at our several options that were on the table for us we left in a Pathfinder. It fit our family's needs so much better! They were very fair on our trade in and the price of our new car as well. This has been by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! I highly recommend this place especially if buying a used vehicle! More
