My 1 3/4 year old Murano had developed an annoying squeak. I told Connor I didn’t want to pay to have it fixed but if he could figure it out that would be great! He offered a rental to give them time to explore. He called within a few hours. Squeak gone! I’ll be back!!! More

The only unsatisfactory component is the oily fingerprints on the interior of my door and the technician stepped out before the work was completed so I waited longer than necessary b/c the ticket was placed on his desk but Ken B. caught it. He quickly brought it in with apologies and I was satisfied. More
