I came in to get my ECM preprogrammed and told them that's all I needed done. They stated about an hour, which was accurate. When he came to tell me my car was ready, there was no additional charges fo that's all I needed done. They stated about an hour, which was accurate. So I called him. He said he sold the car, for more money. And he said sorry. Well I am sorry I went to ORR Nissan. I have purchased from them before. But with the way I was treated. I don’t trust them and never purchase from them again. I suppose they made more money financing than a cash sale. You lost my trust and faith in this dealership. More
