cost ridiculous Service clerk was helpful. Oil change was efficient and cost was ok. Prediction for the next service was unacceptable. $700 to change 4 spark plugs in Service clerk was helpful. Oil change was efficient and cost was ok. Prediction for the next service was unacceptable. $700 to change 4 spark plugs in my 2013 Frontier at my next service is ridiculous. Assuming that the work to remove engine parts to access the spark plugs is accurate, the design of the engine is substandard. In this case the dealership should suck it up and cover most of the cost of changing spark plugs charging the customer no more than $150. No one cares about my reaction to this except that it will probably cost Nissan the sale of my next vehicle. I have already discussed maintenance of the truck with a local mechanic who will do the spark plug change for $450. Still ridiculous but at least less than $700. Once I no longer take my Frontier to Nissan for service, I am mentally disconnected from the dealership with a tendency to look elsewhere for my next truck. I am looking at the Ford Ranger. More pricey but maybe changing spark plugs is more reasonable. I'll check of course. More

The manager asked me for my social security number. I told him that I don’t want to get another inquiry. He told me that I would get a hit on my credit. He lied to me cause on my way home got a notice of a credit hit. I was out raged and disappointed. Also on my way home the truck engine light came on. Asked the sales if they could do anything about that and he said know. I feel that the car lot erased the engine light before I bought it. So no I won’t be sending them any business More
