2 1/2 hour wait for service completion 3 vehicles in garage at the time. Wife was the car in front of mine in the service line. Hers took 1 hour while mine was 2 1/2 hours for the exact s 3 vehicles in garage at the time. Wife was the car in front of mine in the service line. Oil change packages were on sale in July - I was not allowed to purchase it because I still had 1 free oil change so I couldn’t take advantage of the lower price. But then again - not sure if I want more oil changes from there if it requires 2+ hours in the waiting room. More
