Since they think ALL their customers are thieves and will not accept personal checks I WILL NOT purchase my next new vehicle from ORR Nissan. I have in the past bought 2 "Special Order" Nissan Maxima Plat not accept personal checks I WILL NOT purchase my next new vehicle from ORR Nissan. I have in the past bought 2 "Special Order" Nissan Maxima Platinum's from ORR Nissan and paid the difference by personal check. They have lost me as one of their loyal repeat customers. Just because of "Service after the sale". Sometimes management makes poor policy decisions and this was one of them. I was told this decision came from Orr's Corporate Office. Smart businesses purchase a check verification machine and have the funds immediately transferred to their account. Orr however, is not one of these smart businesses and choose to run off their customers. This is why their service bays are mostly empty of vehicles. As soon as my warranty expires I will be one more that puts Orr Nisan in my rear view mirror. More
They do not honor appointments made on the Nissan app that THEY requested I download to schedule needed service. They also do not seem to care about wasting the customers time.
