I took in a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was done and the rear wiper blade was changed (at my request). I was charged $30 for the wiper. They were disorganized and the cashier was rude. I scheduled an appointment, arrriving there the “advisor” was MIA. Another one picked up service but when the car was finished no one informed. I realized the car was done by chance when I went to the bathroom. When inquiring if the car was ready no one had a clue and pretended to be looking at their phones, until a friendlier advisor pick up the slack. I do not see the purpose of a person as a cashier when the job is purely swiping a card. I dis not have a print out detailing the service until AFTER the card was swiped. There was an inconsistency in the price charged and when asked clarification the cashier told me “I cannot do anything about it” in a rude manner. So I need to get back to the advisor to ask clarification. Overall they need to organize their team and hire people that understand customer service. More
