As far as oil changes go, they are ok, but outside of that, I would have a very hard time trusting them to do work. More

Had a problem with the battery and needed an oil change. Didn’t have an appointment but was able to get it in. Service was completed by closing time. Dealership not fully equipped to provide services to the public. Parts that was suppose to be delivered the next morning, didn’t arrived till a couple of days later. Plus, when the part arrived, it came as public. Parts that was suppose to be delivered the next morning, didn’t arrived till a couple of days later. Plus, when the part arrived, it came as another color instead of white. Advisor said it comes that way, it has to be painted. I asked the advisor, are they going to paint, he said no, I have to get it painted my self. I asked the advisor do the dealership paints, or use a third party company, he says no. He couldn’t recommend a painting shop. I waisted a lot of time trying to get the mirror painted and installed. More

I was told that I needed air filters, and didn’t need them. I didn’t have the money to pay for them either at that time but I paid for them. Orr Nissan should have refunded my money to me considering I have been a customer for years. I felt scammed!!!! I’m really pissed off because I come back in trust to Orr Nissan and this happens. Good customer would have offered my money back!!!! I still need my money back!!!! More
