I purchased my Nissan there in 2018 and have had any service / repairs done with Orr Nissan. I have always gotten excellent service with them all these years! I scheduled online for a late day appointment at 4:30 with the option of “wait”. When I arrived I was told that they would not look at it until Monday and asked if I still wanted to leave it or bring my with the option of “wait”. When I arrived I was told that they would not look at it until Monday and asked if I still wanted to leave it or bring my car back. Since I didn’t want to take another drive to the location, I kept my car there. At 11am on Monday I called to check the progress and had to leave a message for a call back. At 3 I called again and was told that it would be a week until they could look at my car because of the “cars infront of mine”. To have better service, those timelines should be clear and communicated better. I will not be returning to this location or purchasing another Nissan. My suggestion for the website is to not allow the “wait” option for any small time window to close for one. I would also suggest a required contact/update timeline. The tracker was never updated for me which is why I had to call twice. And the waiting room is also gross with stained chairs and a feeling of uncleanliness. Hopefully this helps improvement. ;) More
