Recall Service I called to schedule a time to take my car in to have a recall problem fixed. They were able to get me in the next day, gave me a rental to use, ever I called to schedule a time to take my car in to have a recall problem fixed. They were able to get me in the next day, gave me a rental to use, everyone was very nice. I also had them do an oil change for me that I had a coupon for. It was late in the day when they finished my car, so they let me keep the rental til the next day, picked it up the next morning, pretty seamless. And they washed my car & vacuumed it out. More

Warranty repair on XM raido Has taken months to repair warranty work on radio when XM identified the problem being the radio module. I understand your computer was not working with warranty computers, customers should not make 3 trips to have problems fix. Orr did give me a oil change for my many hours of lost time. More

Misquoted Pricing Went in to get my brakes looked at. When it came time to pay I was informed that I had been quoted a wrong price because he forgot to factor in the time for a second job. Ended up adding another $80 to my bill.
