Repair My car, 2018 Nissan Armada, was just in the shop a couple of months ago with a new transmission install. Then last Friday my car wouldn’t start or com My car, 2018 Nissan Armada, was just in the shop a couple of months ago with a new transmission install. Then last Friday my car wouldn’t start or come out of park. I called and they told me because I live in western Oklahoma it was to expensive to have it towed. I should try and get it started and if I could get it started to bring it to OKC to have it repaired on Saturday. After 2 hours of trying to get it started we did get it started and drove it to OKC to have it repaired, only to get there and be told it would not be repaired that day and that they do not have loaner cars but I could rent one. No thank you, I have only had the car since April. After some conversations they decided to fix my car which took 30 minutes. I will not buy another car from this company nor will I recommend anyone else to either. They evidently do not have much customer service. Car is fixed now and I am considering trading it off just in case it breaks down again and cannot be driven to OKC for repair. More

Best customer service! Everybody was so friendly. Although i had to have my 2019 Altima in for service for the exact same thing, which would be for the front collision senso Everybody was so friendly. Horrible Service and Customer Engagement I was hesitant to come back in to utilize the last of my last oil change/tire rotation package. The last time I came I believe my tires were swapped o I was hesitant to come back in to utilize the last of my last oil change/tire rotation package. The last time I came I believe my tires were swapped out....causing me to buy new tires. Robbie was supposed to watch the tape but never followed up. It's been 4-5moths since. Monday, they said I needed front and rear brakes. However, I just got front brakes installed and a brake fluid exchange done by them less than a year ago. When shared the advisor asked if he could recheck my brakes....my response, not really, so y'all can say they're in perfect condition.?. Not to mention I had already sat there for 2hrs. I'm very disappointed. Ken was nasty to upon pulling in for service and later gave my paper work to another advisor for check out. I'll never go back. More
