my tire went flat on my vehicle with less than 7,000 miles I have no issues with the dealership as we have bought several cars over the years. I was greeted by Victor and he remembered that my son and I bought card last August. Conner was very helpful as well. My concern is the quality of tires on my Rogue. My car has less than 7,000 miles and I had to buy a new tire. It was not low when I left work but along the way I was alerted of low tire pressure and eventually it went completely flat. There was nothing in the trend but the issue was the sidewall. I did not run into or run over anything that would cause this issue. I looked up the review of the Hankook tires and found out in the past there has been recalls for this very issue. My concern is the tires on my vehicle & the need for a new one with 10% use of the tire. More

Very accomadating Norman nissan refused to reprogram the PCM software and instead ran diagnostics for $99 which i specifically said I didn’t want. Took awhile, scratches on new product, but friendly service I got a new windshield, it took longer to come in than planned. There are scratches in new windshield, some deep. Joe was nice though. Tire problem I was in a few weeks ago because my tire sensor was trading low. It was fixed that day. A week later the light was on again. Unimpressed Joe was great as always, but the cashier took 10min to show up and was not friendly toward me at all, despite cracking jokes with the guy ahead of me. My biggest problem was that nobody called me about the low BRAKE FLUID and TRANSMISSION FLUID!!!! I know you offer that service, yet no one told me about the problem, just handed me the paperwork and PUT ME ON THE ROAD IN AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!!! More

I initially set up an appointment with Orr Nissan because my warranty had to go through a Nissan dealer, when I arrived at Nissan I was quickly greete I initially set up an appointment with Orr Nissan because my warranty had to go through a Nissan dealer, when I arrived at Nissan I was quickly greeted and pointed in the right direction for service. I was ecstatic to see Connor sitting there ready to help me because he had taken such good care of me at our previous dealer! So without surprise Conner again went above and beyond for me even after our vehicle was no longer in their possession. I would trade all of my vehicles in and buy them with ORR Nissan just to have the customer service Connor Brau gives me. Thank you for all your help ORR NISSAN!!!! More
