Attention to details I had been there before and was well pleased with the service. This time I was greeted promptly and told them I needed an oil change. They immediately did an alignment check which I suppose is common and the test results showed the front end needed alignment. I opted not to have alignment performed at that time. The oil change was done in a timely manner and service was paid for and I left having an appointment in Norman to attend. When I got near my destination I noticed the warning light for tire pressure was on. It had been on for a couple of day prior but I assumed they would notice that and inflate my tires to proper pressure. I am just disappointed to the lack of details on the all points inspection I was promised. Tire pressure check should have been performed and resolved. More

Worst service experience I’ve ever experienced I bought a 2014 Rogue from the dealer last fall, it developed a wind noise right above the drivers shoulder. I called explaining the problem to the s I bought a 2014 Rogue from the dealer last fall, it developed a wind noise right above the drivers shoulder. I called explaining the problem to the service advisor, scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning. I took the SA on a drive to demo the noise and returned to the dealership, went to the customer area and about an hour later he returned to advise me I would need to leave the car, possibly for the weekend; I needed the car for the next day so I rescheduled a follow up. No idea if or when the repairs could or the cost. I returned for the follow up and waited for another area for another hour I was advised the person who needed to look at it was not there and I would have to leave the vehicle; no word of when or if repairs could be completed. He estimated the price to be “around $490.00 . With that news I left and won’t return! Wo appointments and zero progress, thought that was the purpose. I’ll give you a pass on the first trip but not on the second. I will find another dealer that wants my business. More
