Great Service My car needed front end struts, Ken ordered the struts and they came in the following day. Ken Burger was my Service tech and Ken told me it would take about 3 hours and offered the service to take me to work. Dustin was the young gentleman that took me to work and picked me up to bring me back to the dealership. Dustin has good customer service skills. More

Awesome customer service John was so helpful with my warranty work that needed to be done. He communicated clearly on what work needed to be done and helped me understand the John was so helpful with my warranty work that needed to be done. He communicated clearly on what work needed to be done and helped me understand the process. He gave me a realistic expectation on when my work would be completed. I took my car to another Nissan dealership and they failed at all of this but Orr Nissan and John were amazing! I will be bringing my car here for any service work in the future. More

Excellent service!!!! Had a clicking noise in front left,,, could occasionally hear. The service employee went to all measures to find issue.
