I was visiting from out of town and my air conditioner went out and it was 105 degrees. They put in a compressor and charged me 1100 dollars. My car was vibrating after the install. I had already started home on a Sunday when this happened. I had to have surgery and couldn’t return until I was released to drive but I did call and let them know. I brought it back and they said it was the compressor again which was under warranty but I would have to pay labor again for them to replace it which was 440 dollars. I could maybe understand if my car and been running great and this happened months later but it was like that right when I got it back from them. I guess if another compressor was bad that they put in I would have to pay 440 dollars again until they put a good one in my car eventually. I have bought numerous cars over the years and never have I ever had to pay if I picked it my car and something was wrong initially. I have worked retail for 40 years and I never would have treated a customer that way when I was responsible for what was wrong. If you need good customer service you need to see Everett in the Benton area. Good people who care about customer satisfaction. If I knew now what would happen, I would have driven my car home in the heat and used a reliable dealership who cares about the customer. Don’t go near Orr Nissan in Searcy. More

The service tech was demeaning and treated me as a woman with attitude, or maybe it had to do with the fact I’m Hispanic. He did not listen to what I was saying. I have an oil sticker on my car from the last one less than two months ago. The whole experience was awful. He just kept saying giving me prices for services. I would not do business here ever!!!
