My SUV was diagnosed last Friday, was told Monday they hadn't received the parts needed to fix it! SUV was at dealership Monday am. There was an outage Monday and phone and internet services were out! Got hadn't received the parts needed to fix it! SUV was at dealership Monday am. Now it's Thursday and I haven't been updated about when it will be fixed! More
