Drove 3 and a half hours to Ourisman Kia yesterday to look at and purchase a 2021 Kia Soul GT. We had searched for a 2021 Kia Soul with a blue exterior for several days - with no luck until we found one look at and purchase a 2021 Kia Soul GT. We had searched for a 2021 Kia Soul with a blue exterior for several days - with no luck until we found one on Ourisman Kia's webpage. We talked with Scott Hartman via phone the night before about the one we found on their website and agreed to come the next day to purchase it. Scott set everything up for us - before our arrival - and then assisted in answering our questions once we arrived. After driving the car we decided we had found the car we wanted. After signing papers we were then assisted by Spencer Moran who gave us a very informative overview of the safety features and tech systems. He did an excellent job and we then drove home. On the way we took turns driving our new Soul and utilized much of what Spencer had showed us. Overall a very positive experience despite Scott being preoccupied with multiple people and juggling our needs with others. Everything we had discussed on the phone as to cost, accessories and financing he followed through with and we felt we were treated honestly and at no time did anyone attempt to push us into anything we didn't want, instead they listened and backed off if we indicated being disinterested in add on warranties etc. Thank you Aaron King for that. We are now happy new owners of a 2021 Kia Soul. More
Don’t go here if you’re looking to buy a Telluride. My wife and I have a 2020 Telluride EX, and we were looking to upgrade it to the 2022 Telluride SX. We weren’t looking to trade our existing Telluride i wife and I have a 2020 Telluride EX, and we were looking to upgrade it to the 2022 Telluride SX. We weren’t looking to trade our existing Telluride in since we planned on keeping it a while longer and selling it privately or to an online vendor like Vroom or Carvana. Steven approached us as we got out of our car. We told him what we were looking for, and he immediately took us to one of the models on the lot that had the Nightfall and Prestige package. He then went inside to get the key. We hadn’t been there for more than 5 minutes and hadn’t taken a look inside the car; when following Steven back to the car was an overly aggressive sales manager who asked if Steven had answered all of our questions. To which both Steven and I looked and said, “They just got here.” He says, well, we have a market adjustment on these, including window tint all the way around, a coating to protect the paint, and a $15,995 inventory adjustment on the car. The total market adjustment was a staggering $17,995. With the markup adjustment, it took a fully loaded SX AWD with towing, nightfall, and prestige packages from a reasonable $51,000 to an eye-popping $68,995. The sales manager then walks away; we look at Steven and say, “we’re done here.” We love the Telluride, it’s a great truck packed with features that most other segment vehicles don’t have, but it’s not worth $69K. In July 2019, I paid sticker for our FWD EX, and that was reasonable. This dealership is trying to rip people off by charging such an absurd pure profit margin to the deal. If you’re in the market for a Telluride, I would strongly suggest finding a dealership that at least OFFERS to order your spec for a REFUNDABLE deposit. Yes, you’ll wait a few months, but that’s a fair trade-off. After all, if a prospective buyer backs out, the vehicle can go to the lot for the next customer. Steven was great, but the sales manager made it awkward, and the market adjustment is absurd and should be illegal. For less than the Kia dealership wanted for an SX, we went across the street and ordered a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve, which is in a different league than the Telluride, but at least it’s worth the money and still $5K less than the SX. More

She was knowledgeable and friendly. When we arrived at the dealership, we met Tyler Martin. He is exceptional, patient and knowledgeable. Tyler never made us feel as if we were wasting his time. He wanted to find the right vehicles for us AND HE DID! We met the GM, Billy Brown. You can tell everyone strives for excellence. He also keeps his word. Our finance mgr. was great - Daniel. Extremely personable and explains everything with great clarity. Brian assisted us at the end when transferring plates. Again, very nice. So if you go to Ourisman Kia, search out Tyler Martin in new car sales and if he is already busy, everyone will give you great service. More

This time my husband leased the Seltos, a really cool new model slightly smaller than the Sportage but so nice and comfortable. Felton was great showing us the cars and explaining the details of each. We even got a visit from Billy, The General Manager to say hi and make sure we were taken care of. Then once Felton helped us find and secure the car, we met with Daniel in financing and he walked us through the lease and terms. We highly recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia to everyone. Try them out for size, the cars and service department are always great! Hard to beat! More

Tyler took charge of telling us all the details of the Soul. We had many questions and he answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. When it came to discussing the purchase agreement, we had help with Gary Schuler,the go to manager for working out the price we were hoping to get. Then, Tyler Bratcher, the business manager handled all the paper work. Clearly, Tyler is a genius. He not only explained all the loan details in great detail, he shared a world of valuable information regarding loans that we will utilize in the future. All of the Chantilly team members were extremely friendly and straight down to business. We left with the car we came for and were thrilled with the positive experience. The Chantilly team are all knowledgeable, confident and sincere - as most successful business are and should be. We honestly will recommend Chantilly to everyone we know. By the way, Kia is a great automobile! More
