I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with Ourisman Chantilly Kia on my search for MY perfect Kia Seltos S-white with the black top. One of the sales managers, Christopher Bell reached out Ourisman Chantilly Kia on my search for MY perfect Kia Seltos S-white with the black top. One of the sales managers, Christopher Bell reached out to me when I accidentally put in an inquiry on a (beautiful, by the way) Steel Grey one. I told him what I was looking for, and one just so happened to be arriving within a few days! We chatted back and forth for a while as I decided if I could hit the ground running, and it was just meant to be! Fast forward to THE DAY where I was supposed to meet my beauty in person at 4pm. SURPRIZE! I got sent home from work because I explained to my managers how important it was to me to be able to get there sooner, since it is a first come, first served dealership, understandably. So I hit the ground running and got there at 9am, when the doors opened. I was greeted by a handful of very kind folks. I explained to them that I had been chatting with Christopher and the whole situation from work, and they happily put a rush on getting MY Seltos ready for me, A LOT sooner than they planned on. During my time there I talked with and was helped by some very kind folks. Unfortunately I don’t remember everyone’s name, but the cards I collected are for Gary Schiller-Sales Manager (he was SUPER friendly and completely helpful), Christopher Bell-General Sales Manager (super cool dude and extremely helpful and willing to listen to me nag about what I wanted), and Aaron King-Business Manager (really friendly and great at explaining to me in lame mans terms what I was signing up for). All in all, 50 out of 10 stars!! Will absolutely recommend this specific dealership to anyone that asks me for a recommendation. Thanks so much guys!! More

Purchased a WRX and within four days the check engine light came on. Took it in for service and after a day was told I needed a new catalytic converter. Service advisor tried to get it covered under warr light came on. Took it in for service and after a day was told I needed a new catalytic converter. Service advisor tried to get it covered under warranty even though I had literally just bought the vehicle and the catalytic converter was probably Faulty when they sold it to me. Got a call four days later that the part is not covered under warranty and that I would have to pay out of pocket for the parts/labor. Unethical dealings, would not recommend shopping there. More
