The Team Made The Trip Well Worth The Drive I live 50 miles from Chantilly, VA and was a bit skeptical about making the drive; however my initial phone contact with Internet Sales Manager Ashlee I live 50 miles from Chantilly, VA and was a bit skeptical about making the drive; however my initial phone contact with Internet Sales Manager Ashlee Reynolds made me more comfortable with visiting and possibly doing business with their team. Upon arriving, I met Sales Manager Christopher Bell and Sales Consultant Christopher Mills who made me feel welcome and appreciated right away. The car buy process was straight forward and very professional. What impressed me most was, I was short on time during my visit and overlooked that the car was missing floor mats and the second key fob. When my daughter arrived to pickup the car days later, Sales Consultant Chris Mills again reviewed all the features and also addressed the issue of the missing items and satisfied our concerns. Mr. Mills also took a photo of daughter posing with her new car capturing a special moment and forwarded the pic to me. The great customer service made the trip worth the drive!!! More

We decided that this car was just what we wanted. Our good friends George/Rhonda Murdock refered us to Ourisman KIA. The whole experience was very good;starting with Sales Manager Christopher Bell. ALL team members were great to work with.:Ashley Reynolds,Corinne Eubanks,Tyler Bratcher.Jeremy Patrick,Service manager,we have known from Ourisman Toyota. Our salesman Jeanne, and the rest of the team Darius, Chris, Dan and Anthony were all bloody AWESOME! I have had great service many times but none of that compares to someone that can make a stressful process seem absolutely effortless. The whole team helped us to make sure that we got into something that not only worked well for us in our daily lives and financially but they all made sure it was something we loved as well. I know that car shopping can be a very stressful and sometimes scary experience. So If you are considering buying a Kia, I highly recommend going to see the whole team at OURISMAN CHANTILLY KIA VA. You wont feel the least bit pressured into anything and you'll be very happy when you leave... I love you guys and again thanks heaps for all your help and assistance! What an amazing experience! As you know, buying a new car can be frustrating, but I had the best experience with Corinne Eubank as a sales woman a Customer service is everything. As you know, buying a new car can be frustrating, but I had the best experience with Corinne Eubank as a sales woman and Daniel Carrico as a finance specialist. I saw the car first in another location, but because of very poor customer service on that location, I didn't buy the car from them although I wanted the car so bad. We ended up transferring the car from that location to Ourisman. Corinne was very patient and honest and had a very positive attitude. It felt so good working with her and buying a car from her. Daniel was very nice and professional. I recommend Ourisman Chantilly Kia to anyone looking for a good quality product and good quality customer service, and Thank Corinne and Daniel for their help. It's been a month now since I bought the car, and I still contact Corinne for any questions I have, and she answers and helps immediately. It means a lot to me. Thank you Corinne!! Please add Corrine's name to the list of the employees so people can select her as an awesome sales woman. More

I looked on many websites and found a Dodge Journey that would serve this purpose. When my husband and I went to the dealership we were helped by Corinne and Derrick. They were personable and friendly, did not pressure us into anything, and explained a great deal to me as this was my first venture into buying a car. Corinne went on the test drive with me and it was like riding with a friend who wanted to know me rather than a salesperson hoping to make a buy. I loved her! She made me feel so much more confident in my purchase. Derrick did our financials and explained each piece thoroughly so I knew how the loan would work. The process was fast and easy, and we had all of our kids with us, which is a considerable challenge! Great kids room with dvds and games to help keep them occupied. They have checked on us since we bought the car in a friendly manner that made us feel that our satisfaction is important to them! More

I had an amazing experience and felt that the sales team went above and beyond to make sure I was thoroughly satisfied. Corrine Eubank was the salesperson I worked with, she was very honest and straightforward. The rest of the staff was kind, courteous, and respectful. It is very refreshing to see great customer service during the purchase of my vehicle. I had a great experience and will continue to service and purchase future cars from them. GREAT JOB, you truly turned me into a loyal customer. Highly recommend them and specifically Corinne! More

Although we worked with many members of the staff, our sales person Corrine was outstanding. She was not pushy at all and was very easy going throughout the process. The sales manager actually remembered us from our previous purchase and made a point to say hello and make sure everything was going well. Our finance guy was incredibly patient and helpful (I'm sorry I can't recall his name.) All in all this was a great trip to the dealer that left us with a wonderful car and a solid buying experience. Our search took us into Maryland when we decided to see what deals or dealerships that our bank was affiliated with. We stumbled across Ourisman Kia in Chantilly and met one of the most professional and personable sales persons in a very long time. Her name was Corinne and she made my wife and I feel very comfortable and provided us with great information about the vehicle that we ultimately decided to purchase. Corinne was prepared to answer all of our questions and made the car buying process very smooth and expedient. In the past, we've spent what seemed to be a lifetime in a dealership waiting to get in a wrap up the deal with financing. In this case, Corinne's team from the show room floor to financing were in sync and moving with quickness, accuracy and finesse. I recommend everyone to visit the Ourisman Chantilly Kia to experience a wonderful car buying experience that is smooth, efficient and hassle free. Best car buying experience ever! My son just got his learner's permit so I decided to take him car shopping. We ended up purchasing a KIA Soul and the car buying process could not have been any easier. My Sales Consultant, Tyler Martin was able to quickly find the car we wanted and negotiated a price within my budget. And to top it off, since my son is not a licensed driver, Tyler delivered the car to my home so I didn't have to uber back up to the dealership to pick up the car. I've never had a sales consultant go out of their way for me like Tyler did. More
AWFUL Experience Absolutely AWFUL experience. Facts of my issue: 1. Bought car with chipped windshield. Pointed this out to salesman and he told me it had been repai Absolutely AWFUL experience. Facts of my issue: 1. Bought car with chipped windshield. Pointed this out to salesman and he told me it had been repaired. I assumed this was true. First mistake. 2. A year later, the chip sprouts two huge cracks across the entire windshield FROM THE CHIP. 3. Contacted dealer to have them replace the windshield...typically repaired chips come with a warranty if there is a crack. 4. Dealer said NO. 5. I argued with the dealership, including the general manager for TWO MONTHS trying to get them to make good on their bad work. At the end of this all, the general manager accused me of harassment and blocked my emails, telling me that they had no responsibility to fix this. Come to find out, they NEVER REPAIRED the windshield at all. Considering I bought the car under the knowledge that it had, this is completely inappropriate. I have called the head office to get resolution, but they don't seem to have any desire to return my call. Bottom line....the salesman LIED to me about the repair. The staff put me off and accused me of harassment because I wouldn't allow them to take advantage of me. And now I am left with a $500 repair that should NOT be my responsibility. More
