An outing with a good neighbor This February when I was considering purchasing a used Camry, I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Zach Meyer at Ourisman Kia. Rather than feeling like a visit to the dentist with frayed nerves and fear, it was more like an outing with a good neighbor. The only stress (albeit insignificant) was with finance, but even though Zach was not there during that point of the purchase, it in no way affected the overall pleasure my family and I had making the vehicle purchase. Another person who helped was Ben Braunstein, whose phone calls and answers to questions helped out as well. These two definitely love their jobs and you can tell by how courteous and attentive they are. Will definitely be making all future vehicle purchases with Zach and/or Ben when the time approaches as they go beyond what's expected at a dealership. More

I just moved to the area and have had a hard time getting a friend to help me drive my old vehicle off of their lot. They have been extremely patient with my while I try to sort it out. They also handled all of the licensing and registration for me and overnighted my tags to me once they came in. I live in Maryland and it failed inspection here for some small things but I told them about the issues and they paid to have the repairs done. They have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient with me! I am extremely satisfied with the service this dealership provides. More
