This is by far the best experience and the easiest time I have ever had purchasing a car. David Kim was my salesman, he could not have been anymore of a pleasure to work with. Chris Bell was the General Sales Manager who assisted me with our paperwork and final decision. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He was absolutely great to work with. I usually dread working with the finance office but Dereck Boateng was great to work with. He went over all our options but was never pushy. I had to leave early and he assisted me with getting thu the paperwork quickly. My wife stayed behind and finished the rest of the paperwork. It is very obvious that everyone's professionalism and kindness starts with the General Manager Bill Brown and filters down to all the employees. I would like to think everyone for there help today! More

We were shopping from Lynchburg, VA, a three hour drive away and were relying on her to inspect the vehicle inside and out as well as the vehicle history and pass it on to us. She relayed this information to us in a prompt professional way and we were confident in her information to make the trip to see the vehicle for ourselves. We were greeted at the door and placed in the confident hands of Kia Win-Win Specialist Quinton Jones who braved the rain with us and went over the vehicle from the outside to the inside and went with us on a lengthy test drive and the rest is history. We made our decision to buy and he walked us through the process and turned us over to Business Manager Andrew White who came up with the best options available to stay within our budget. Thank you all and to the service center for cleaning and preparing the vehicle for delivery in a timely manner. Everyone was great to deal with. More

Christopher Bell was very helpful and knowledgeable. Add on to the fact that he went to Waynesburg University, and it was truly a treat. When we returned, Quinton Jones helped us drive a couple of vehicles until we found just the right car with just the right features, and just the right color. Financing with Andrew White was efficient, and again no pressure to sell us things that we did not want or need. In order to get to Ourisman Chantilly Kia we had to drive by two other Kia dealerships and countless others. We are very happy that we did. The entire team was professional, personable, and focused on our needs rather than trying to get us into a vehicle. This was quite possibly the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have had, EVER! More

Chris Bell sold me on the dealership and the car. David Kim was our salesman, but Chris made a point to introduce himself and help us with the deal. The process was extremely easy and "affordable", from the initial contact all the way down to the financing with Ashlee Reynolds. Every one was extremely friendly. I truly love my car. Rampant dishonesty; defaced and scratched brand new car Just consistent dishonesty and incompetency from this place, all around a simple issue. We just wanted the Ourisman sticker removed from the back of the car. I get license plate holders, it's still stupid that you seem to think people who give you $15K for a car are your free advertising, but at least those are temporary. Permanently branding a car with a sticker is unacceptable. When you buy a house from RE/Max, they don't slap a giant sign on your siding. We requested they remove the sticker. They said okay. So we made a service appointment, only to find out that their service department was "unable" to do it, so it wouldn't be done. (This service was on the "we owe" sheet, so, they were contractually obligated to getting it done.) When we held them to the contract, the GM, Billy Brown, agreed to have Chantilly Auto Body down the street do the work. So we dropped the car off and picked up a loaner. Came back to get the car, and there's a scratch where the sticker used to be. Billy's response? "That's why I prefer not to remove them." I'm sorry, maybe you shouldn't have put it there in the first place. We checked the invoice, and only the service department did the work. It was never contracted out to Chantilly Auto Body as they said they would do. They even dishonestly took a magnet on the back of the car and moved it over the scratch so that it wouldn't be noticed. Sales, service, and management are all dishonest here and you should stay far, far away. We also had a horrible experience at Ourisman Toyota, and my fiancee previously had a bad experience at Ourisman Buick... so maybe all Ourismans just suck and should be avoided. More

Buying the car took a little longer than the 30 minutes they promised, but it really was hassle free and it was the quickest and easiest experience I ever had a car dealership.
