I was always told that all dealerships do is try to screw you over and that it is a very long and boring process. That wasn't the case for me. Everyone was super friendly. Cristian Turcios was my sales person and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what I wanted. He made the car buying experience a blast. SIlvia was my finance manager and she didn't try to force anything upon me. She worked with me to get my payment to what I was comfortable with. Overall, I had a fantastic experience thanks to the staff and would definitely buy another car from them. More

However, after visiting and receiving a recommendation from a friend about Ourisman Chantilly Kia we were pleasantly surprised at how stress-free car buying could be. When we began our search, our salesperson, Caroline Condon, introduced us to the Kia Sorento and all of its features and we never felt any sales pressure. After finishing our research and returning two months later, she and the Sales Manger, Billy Brown, worked to ensure we got the car we wanted at a fair price. They were extremely patient as we debated pros and cons of different features before we made a final decision. All the employees, from Ashlee in the Finance office to the gentleman that provided detailed instructions on all the electronic features, were extremely friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this dealership to others. More
Far Better Experience Than I Expected! I was purchasing a car for the first time since 2007 and was dreading the experience, but it turned out to be far better than I expected! The main rea I was purchasing a car for the first time since 2007 and was dreading the experience, but it turned out to be far better than I expected! The main reason for this was my sales consultant, Farooq Mohammad. Farooq was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, satisfactorily answered all of my questions, and didn't place any pressure on me to make a purchase (nobody wants that!). He even helped me synch my phone to the radio! Ourisman Chantilly Kia is fortunate to have him as an employee! I went in with one main goal--to purchase a 2016 Kia Soul for under $15,000 after subtracting whatever trade-in equity I could get for my old car--and I achieved that goal. The only disappointments were that my preferred color, alien green, wasn't available and that the advertised e-price that got me in the door included a rebate that required financing (I had hoped to pay in full with a credit card), which increased the final price, and didn't include a dealer-installed option, along with the expected taxes, tags, fees, and freight. All said and done, I would recommend this dealership and especially sales consultant Farooq Mohammad! More

Purchase a Sorento from Ourisman Kia Quinton Jones was friendly and professional in showing us the Sorento. We were able to test drive several vehicles with different engine sizes to experiences the handling and ride. Quinton and Sales MGR Ben were friendly and accommodating through the price negotiation and we quickly agreed on a price. The MSRP included the inland freight and handling which I believed was included in the negotiated price but was not. I did not get the amendment listing the added accessories by the dealership. Iittle more detail on what was included in the negotiated price would prevent any misconception. In completing the paperwork for the vehicle the following day, we waited a hour for Silvia, Financial MGR, to arrive. Even through she asked us what time we will be coming in to complete the process the next day. Quinton sat and talk with us until Silvia arrived. We are happy with the vehicle and the overall non-pressured, professional sales experience. Another issue was that we need to return to the dealership to pick up the lag nuts and wheel locks remover which were not left in the car. Our buy process experience would have been 5 stars instead of 4 stars if we did not encounter these problems. Quinton continue to follow up with our purchase and address our concerns. Quinton is conscientious employee who value his customer. We decided to purchased the Sorento from Ourisman because of their great reputation and service. We are hoping that the quality of the vehicle and after sales services will be a positive experience. More
