Bought a new Kia Forte I was researching cars intending to buy a 2016 model. Caroline Condon was my first contact at the dealership. I wanted to look and evaluate the Rio; C I was researching cars intending to buy a 2016 model. Caroline Condon was my first contact at the dealership. I wanted to look and evaluate the Rio; Caroline and Chris Bell answered all of my questions and we test drove a Rio. The discussions progressed to moving up to the Forte. Again they patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. We test drove the Forte and when I returned, Chris and Caroline made me a very good offer on the Forte on the showroom floor. It met my needs and was within my price range. Working with Billy Brown, Chris, and Caroline we worked out the details and I decided to buy the car. I very much appreciate Kia and the Chantilly team for recognizing the military and giving me a discount for serving in the military. Ashlee Reynolds was very helpful in answering my finance and options questions and made the 'paperless' paperwork go very smoothly. Very cool interactive touch panel desk with all of the paper work signed electronically. In the end I was very satisfied with the team and the deal that I received. The maintenance and warranty program was the best I've encountered and I look forward to working with their Service department where they will clean the car inside and out and offer a loaner for all servicing. In the two days I've had the car, I am very happy with it and actually get better gas mileage than advertised. Thanks to the entire team. More

Jordan took the time to explain all the features available on the different trim levels and offered a test drive. Then a 2013 Optima caught his eye....after test driving the certified pre-owned Optima, my husband was hooked. Jordan, Andrew, and Chris patiently walked through the offers and options as we debated a trade and purchasing a car far earlier than we had anticipated. Everyone we interacted with was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We returned later that day with our trade and my husband drove home his 'new' Optima.
