Refreshing approach to car buying From my initial stroll through the door of the showroom (after researching the crap out of the car, dealer and people on-line), to the delivery of my From my initial stroll through the door of the showroom (after researching the crap out of the car, dealer and people on-line), to the delivery of my 2015 Kia Optima EX...hand driven to my residence 20 miles away...THE BEST car searching and purchasing experience I've ever had. Parker Bain, Chris Bell and Ryan Phlegar make up and incredible team. The three-headed monster was anything but! It was 10 days between my test drive and taking delivery. Not from negotiating, but from their patience when I said, "I'd like to think about." And that's exactly what they let me do. I've been in sales for over 15 years...I get it. I understand how the whole ball of wax works. I'd hire these three gentlemen in a heartbeat for my company. Parker Bain met me with, "All I want is the best for you." Chris Bell introduced himself with, "We'll get you where you need to be." And Ryan Phlegar had me at, "Hello." Coolest finance dude I've ever met! And at the end, on a Monday night at 7pm, Parker said, "I'll grab a few guys and we'll follow you home with the new car so you aren't inconvenienced in having to make a special trip back here." How bada** is that!!? So before I rolled out, as a new Kia family member, I struck the mini Zildjian gong (and as a life long drummer, THAT was the cherry on top) to the cheer of the crowd, and dropped the mic. Please, if you've ever considered a Kia, you MUST go to Ourisman Chantilly Kia. If you're disappointed when you leave, you might not have met my three-headed monster of awesome...or perhaps you weren't open minded and were trying to SELL them. More

Absolutely fantastic service I just recently purchased my SECOND car from Ourisman Kia. After explaining that my car was totaled and was very much on a budget but needed a reliabl I just recently purchased my SECOND car from Ourisman Kia. After explaining that my car was totaled and was very much on a budget but needed a reliable car, Chris Bell and Jordan Owens were incredibly helpful from the beginning of the search until leaving with a new car. What was supposed to be a quick signing of the papers turned into almost four hours of work because of an error on my part. Chris and Jordan were there making sure everything was taken care of and that I knew I was going to be taken care of for the entire process. Jennifer Moccaldi also had a great amount of patience while helping through all the paperwork. I live an hour away from this dealership and it will absolutely be my first choice if I ever need a car again. I am very grateful to have found a dealership that makes the process of getting a new car relaxing and easy. I will always recommend Ourisman Kia to anyone in search of a new vehicle. More

Amazing experience We went to go trade in my kia sedona, the previous cars have been purchased from the same dealership. When we walked in I knew exactly what I wanted a We went to go trade in my kia sedona, the previous cars have been purchased from the same dealership. When we walked in I knew exactly what I wanted and they took me directly to exactly what I asked for didn't try to sell me something else. Once we did our test drive we talked numbers and it wasn't where I wanted to be but they tried to work with me. But on that day my son wasn't feeling well so we left and told them that I would return the next day. On the next day Billy Brown the GM took time out of his busy day to call me and ask me how my son was doing, that was amazing for me because my family is important to me and he made my family important. When I got to the dealership Chris was waiting for me and we went right to work right where we left off the previous day. We closed the deal and we were on our way, then my wife spotred the new 2016 kia sorento. Here we go again they made my wife feel special they walked her through the new options and changes before you know it we were processing papers for our second car. They made everything so simple and easy for us. Ryan in financing was awesome had everything ready for us and walked us through all the terms. By the way my son's arm was broken and everyone at the dealership signed his cast. He was so excited, Kristen was awesome she got everything setup in both of the cars for from floor mats, Bluetooth, and he made son feel so good cause he wanted to go with her and she took him with her. Overall it was the best experience we have every had purchasing a car. Thank you so much we will be back. More

These guys are great! I went to Ourisman Kia of Chantilly and Alex immediately greeted me. He was very helpful when I told him I prefer to ask questions rather than just be told what somebody wants need to know about a car. He didn't take offense he said OK just asking what you want no questions I'll tell you which one I know. This was his attitude throughout the entire process. I ended up repeating the test drive several times with different family members so I could get their opinion too, and this did not seem to bother him in the least. I did not feel rushed he was courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. When I decided to buy the Kia the whole sales team was professional. I would recommend this Kia dealership Chris and Alex and everyone else who dealt with me made this a pleasant experience. I never felt condescended to I never felt as if I was taking up too much of their time or being difficult no matter how many questions I asked. I ended up actually enjoying buying my car. More

Best Experience I went on Black Friday around 10am. Great experience. Very helpful. Everybody was so nice and kind. Checked up on us frequently. At no point did I feel forgotten which has happen at other dealerships. Very happy with Ourisman Chantilly Kia. They helped any way possible and walked out with a 2015 Kia Optima LX Black - Beautiful! I will be going back for my next car for sure. P.S. Had hamburgers and hot dogs cant go wrong with food either. Made the time go by so much faster. More
