Amazing experience We went to go trade in my kia sedona, the previous cars have been purchased from the same dealership. When we walked in I knew exactly what I wanted a We went to go trade in my kia sedona, the previous cars have been purchased from the same dealership. When we walked in I knew exactly what I wanted and they took me directly to exactly what I asked for didn't try to sell me something else. Once we did our test drive we talked numbers and it wasn't where I wanted to be but they tried to work with me. But on that day my son wasn't feeling well so we left and told them that I would return the next day. On the next day Billy Brown the GM took time out of his busy day to call me and ask me how my son was doing, that was amazing for me because my family is important to me and he made my family important. When I got to the dealership Chris was waiting for me and we went right to work right where we left off the previous day. We closed the deal and we were on our way, then my wife spotred the new 2016 kia sorento. Here we go again they made my wife feel special they walked her through the new options and changes before you know it we were processing papers for our second car. They made everything so simple and easy for us. Ryan in financing was awesome had everything ready for us and walked us through all the terms. By the way my son's arm was broken and everyone at the dealership signed his cast. He was so excited, Kristen was awesome she got everything setup in both of the cars for from floor mats, Bluetooth, and he made son feel so good cause he wanted to go with her and she took him with her. Overall it was the best experience we have every had purchasing a car. Thank you so much we will be back. More

These guys are great! I went to Ourisman Kia of Chantilly and Alex immediately greeted me. He was very helpful when I told him I prefer to ask questions rather than just I went to Ourisman Kia of Chantilly and Alex immediately greeted me. He was very helpful when I told him I prefer to ask questions rather than just be told what somebody wants need to know about a car. He didn't take offense he said OK just asking what you want no questions I'll tell you which one I know. This was his attitude throughout the entire process. I ended up repeating the test drive several times with different family members so I could get their opinion too, and this did not seem to bother him in the least. I did not feel rushed he was courteous professional and extremely knowledgeable about the cars. When I decided to buy the Kia the whole sales team was professional. I would recommend this Kia dealership Chris and Alex and everyone else who dealt with me made this a pleasant experience. I never felt condescended to I never felt as if I was taking up too much of their time or being difficult no matter how many questions I asked. I ended up actually enjoying buying my car. More

Best Experience I went on Black Friday around 10am. Great experience. Very helpful. Everybody was so nice and kind. Checked up on us frequently. At no point did I fee I went on Black Friday around 10am. Great experience. Very helpful. Everybody was so nice and kind. Checked up on us frequently. At no point did I feel forgotten which has happen at other dealerships. Very happy with Ourisman Chantilly Kia. They helped any way possible and walked out with a 2015 Kia Optima LX Black - Beautiful! I will be going back for my next car for sure. P.S. Had hamburgers and hot dogs cant go wrong with food either. Made the time go by so much faster. More

Really pleasant car buy On my drive home last night from the dealership with my new 2016 Sportage SX, I was talking with a family member about the experience with KIA. I was On my drive home last night from the dealership with my new 2016 Sportage SX, I was talking with a family member about the experience with KIA. I was laughing because it is rare that I would be so happy about spending this amount of money. I have to say though, the experience of working with Chantilly Kia was a really wonderful one. From the moment I arrived until I rang the gong, I felt like someone that actually mattered. That unfortunately doesn't always occur with car dealers. The car was waiting as promised by Crystal right on time, Garrett was incredibly informed about the car and he did a great job communicating to me in a way that screamed integrity. I deal with people all the time at my job and its always easy to tell when someone doesn't believe what they are saying. Garrett believes in what he sells and that comes across very clearly. The way the transaction was handled with my wife and small child also raised you all up above other dealerships. People went out of their way to ensure that she could get the baby home as quickly as possible and when I saw folks bringing paperwork out to her in the car in the rain, it further justified my decision to do business with you all. You should all be very proud of the job you do. You do it very well More
