Working with Chris was amazing. He actually LISTENED to what we were interested in, and helped us to understand all of our options. Chris was not pushy in any way. He worked with our budget and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the information, We worked with Ben to finalize our paperwork, and appreciated that he was thorough, yet quick. No one wants to sign paperwork all night! David helped us to understand the various parts of our new car, hooked up our blue tooth, and went on multiple test drives with us. He even let me honk the horn as much as I liked. :) Also, they were all extremely patient with our questions. We didn't go into Kia 100% set on walking away with a new car. I have been a Honda owner my entire life. We were simply browsing, and looking into our options. However, after working with these wonderful gentlemen, and getting such a reasonable deal, we could not be more pleased with our choice to lease with Kia. Thank you all! More

I feel fairly comfortable when dealing directly with her. Unfortunately when all was said and done the price I paid for my 2015 Kia Optima wasn't competitive. The sales rep & I settled on a reasonable out the door price that should've included all fees but my paperwork begs to differ. Also, features I expected to be included in the vehicle are not there, which is disappointing every time I drive. However, here are the 2 major issues: The trade in value of my car was ridiculously low. I was desperate for a new car and went with it (amateur mistake). We're talking nearly $1000 lower than the lowest KBB price due to some mechanical error. I had my car inspected at both a Ford Dealership and private mechanic so I know it was exaggerated. I was told they would call me to schedule my window tint and have the door handles replaced. They mentioned the handles had been upgraded, so no big deal. I never received a call and had to contact them. When I go back a week later the mechanic casually mentions that the handles need to be replaced because they are defective. On top of that, nobody ever ordered the handles so they'll call me to schedule a second appt--this was over 1 week ago and still no call. Are you kidding me?! I emailed them requesting for a survey to document my experience and never received a response. Their prices just aren't good enough to deal with the sloppy service. More
