I was laughing because it is rare that I would be so happy about spending this amount of money. I have to say though, the experience of working with Chantilly Kia was a really wonderful one. From the moment I arrived until I rang the gong, I felt like someone that actually mattered. That unfortunately doesn't always occur with car dealers. The car was waiting as promised by Crystal right on time, Garrett was incredibly informed about the car and he did a great job communicating to me in a way that screamed integrity. I deal with people all the time at my job and its always easy to tell when someone doesn't believe what they are saying. Garrett believes in what he sells and that comes across very clearly. The way the transaction was handled with my wife and small child also raised you all up above other dealerships. People went out of their way to ensure that she could get the baby home as quickly as possible and when I saw folks bringing paperwork out to her in the car in the rain, it further justified my decision to do business with you all. Working with Chris was amazing. He actually LISTENED to what we were interested in, and helped us to understand all of our options. Chris was not pushy in any way. He worked with our budget and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable with all of the information, We worked with Ben to finalize our paperwork, and appreciated that he was thorough, yet quick. No one wants to sign paperwork all night! David helped us to understand the various parts of our new car, hooked up our blue tooth, and went on multiple test drives with us. He even let me honk the horn as much as I liked. :) Also, they were all extremely patient with our questions. We didn't go into Kia 100% set on walking away with a new car. I have been a Honda owner my entire life. We were simply browsing, and looking into our options. However, after working with these wonderful gentlemen, and getting such a reasonable deal, we could not be more pleased with our choice to lease with Kia. Thank you all! More
