This was by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. My wife and I have an 11-month old girl, and between the little one and work, we knew it would be hard to make the initial trip to the deal ever had. I started the process by working with Daniel (Danny) Ayala who is the internet sales manager at Ourisman Chantilly Kia. Danny found us the exact Kia Sorento with our required specifications (the Sorento was at another dealer and had to be shipped to Ourisman Chantilly) and we negotiated a final purchase price, all without stepping foot inside the dealership (all discussion with Danny was initially done via email). Danny made the entire purchasing process very easy and transparent as we always discussed the out-the-door price of the vehicle with various different options. While I was talking with Danny, I was also getting quotes from various other Kia dealerships in the area. Danny was definitely the most responsive internet sales manager I dealt with (I was talking to 6 other Kia dealerships in the area at the same time) and was by far the most transparent when it came to sending me quotes. When my wife and I did go to the dealership to pickup our new Sorento and sign the final paperwork, Jimmy Stanford was the business manager assigned to our purchase. The entire process at the dealership took only 2 hours, and during that two hours there was a good amount of time spent with Jimmy showing us the features of the Sorento and also personally configuring the Sorento for me and my wife (i.e. syncing our iPhones to the vehicle, setting up the Sorento's UVO system to our specifications, etc.). We had a great time interacting with Jimmy the entire time and even with our little one getting a little fussy after awhile, I have to say, the two hours went really fast. The final person me and my wife interacted with at Ourisman Chantilly Kia was Brian Witlow, who was the financing officer assigned to us. Brian finished up the final paperwork and walked us through the whole financing process. Brian was very clear on what financing options we had available and what our different total cost and monthly payments would be with the various options. I've purchased and financed numerous cars, and I must say, Brian was the best finance officer I've worked with. He never came off as a salesman (as many of the finance officers from my previous car purchases did) and definitely made the process of financing our new car go really smoothly. More
1. Things started going south when the sales manager presented a CARFAX report on the vehicle I was considering trading in. He stated that "the odometer has been messed with." Given a close inspection of the numbers on the report that was clearly not the case. Indeed, it was clear to anyone who looked at the report that mileage numbers had been reported incorrectly. In addition, the comment was made without a close inspection of the car to determine if, indeed, someone had physically altered access to the speedometer. Given today's digital technology that is extremely difficult to do. I did not appreciate the accusation. 2. The Ourisman team could not get its act together with regard to the pricing of the vehicle. When the first number was presented and I asked for a detailed break down of the numbers I felt as though I was asking for the keys to gold repository at Ft. Knox. Once the details were dug out, the number presented was not the USAA number but one that had no bearing on the discussion. 3. Lastly, it was clear that the Ourisman team desperately wanted me to buy a vehicle that was in their current inventory, and made no mention of looking for one that was the color, and had the features that I wanted. Clearly it was the end of the month and the Ourisman team needed to make their numbers. DO NOT try to sell a customer something they do not want. Ever. Bottom line: I purchased the vehicle at another dealer where the entire purchase process was probably the best auto sales experience I have ever had. Polite, they listened, they presented numbers in detail without attempting to hide them, I got a price better than the USAA price, and they had the car I wanted in stock. It is sitting in my drive way. I would suggest you find a dealer that cares more about the customer than meeting their monthly sales goal. More

Great experience at Ourisman KIA. Ben and Altman were both a 10 plus on our scale. Ben made us feel very comfortable during our visit. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was never pushy during both a 10 plus on our scale. Ben made us feel very comfortable during our visit. We went in looking to trade our 2005 Chevy Silverado because we didn't need such a big vehicle for a crowded city. After explaining our situation the staff was very attentive and worked very hard to mee because we didn't need such a big vehicle for a crowded city. I would reccomend anyone to shop at Ourisman when in the market for a new vehicle. More
We recently got a Forte from here. Our sales rep, Ben, was very informative and knew about the latest features of the 2014 Forte we were interested in. We had tried another dealer who didn't really seem to know the car that well - so it was nice to have a sales rep who could tell us all the cool features the car had. The only issue we had was that we had to return to the dealership after our initial visit to pick up the car because the parts department was closed when we got the car so they couldn't get the floor mats. When we did return to get the floor mats, there was a bit of a fiasco to figure out what should have been a pretty simple problem. Ben apologized to us and it was clear he was frustrated that it took so long to get the floor mats put in the car. We appreciated that. All-in-all, we ended up with a great deal on a brand new car and Ben made every effort to keep us happy. We'd do business here again. Thanks Ben! More

I bought my car from here because I wanted them to have my sale. They really deserved it! They did what it took to get me the right car at the right price. They never pushed or forced anything on me, like other dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership and Jimmy. They did an excellent job! More
This dealership is a first class operation. I was treated to top level service even though I was purchasing a used vehicle. This dealership has car buying down to a science. I stopped by ourisman kia last week to take a look around and see if the had any used minivans in stock. I spoke with Ben and he was very courteous and helpful. He jotted down what I was looking for and even called me when he got something new in that he thought would fit my needs. My husband came by today with our four year old to test drive a few vehicles and find out about financing. Ben was very helpful and kept talking to our daughter helping to keep her happy and entertained. We ended up buying a new Kia and had a great experience. I would definitely recommend Ben and kia to my friends. More
I found a couple Kia Sorneto's Online and filled out a "Request Quote" form off of their Website. I scheduled a visit with him to the dealership for a Saturday morning. I was greeted with a bunch of smiles as soon as I walked into the dealership, had hot coffee and donuts waiting. :) After meeting Ryan he came out with a list of cars that met my requirements and fit within my price range. We went out on a Test Drive and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered every one of my questions. He gave me a complete overview of the vehicles engine, features, electronics, everything about the car, he knew it all. I never felt rushed or pressured by him and he just did an awesome job explaining everything about the car and about the whole purchase process. Ryan made my buying a new car simply, easy and enjoyable. I have bought a lot of new vehicles before in my life, and never have I dealt with someone who was, honest, up-front, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He made my car-buying experience fun, fast and simple. If you are interested in buying a new vehicle, I would absolutely recommend Ourisman Kia. Ryan Phlegar is one of the most straightforward and honest sales guys in the business and if your thinking about a new car today, then I would also recommend asking for Ryan Phlegar ! More
