From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the General Sales Manager, Poya, we knew this would be the place we'd buy our desired vehicle -- a 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium. Poya and his staff does everything the way all car dealerships should, but don't. Poya connected us with the highly knowledgeable, expert Delante as our salesperson. We cannot say enough wonderful things about him. We had visited several competitor dealerships prior to coming to Ourisman. The other dealerships' sales staff didn't bother explaining the options, pros, cons, and help us compare the models and features like Delante. He is awesomely excellent! When it came to negotiating price, he and Poya worked up a reasonable and fair price quickly that we accepted with very little adjustment required -- none of that painful back and forth haggling and game playing that goes on at other dealers. We appreciate that they respected our time and intelligence. Then we were off to Liz in Finance who was equally amazing (you have to see the electronic loan document processing which is so efficient and expedient!). Ryan was our fantastic delivery coordinator who made sure we had all the information our brains could possibly hold on our new vehicle so we had no questions left behind. Most places just tell you to read the manual or watch a video, but not Ryan. He provides a fully comprehensive review and helps set up your preferences and technology the way you want it before you leave. All of the above circles back to Poya again who obviously recognizes, hires, and trains highly talented and great people to ensure the buying experience from beginning to end is simply stellar.
