She said the professionalism, thoughtfulness and care that The dealership and specifically Ms. Denise Myers her salesperson who was knowledgeable gave to her was a “cut”, above any other dealership that’s she’s ever worked with. Anything I needed to sign was overnighted to me and they even put an overnight envelope already paid for and addressed for me to send back to them again overnight express. Now I have a new car !!! He offered to change them out as I was completing payment transaction which added a nice personnel touch and speaks wonderfully of the the excellent customer service culture inherent at this dealership. This is not a common practice at most dealerships or other businesses and is commendable and noteworthy. Keep up the fine work and going the extra mile, it makes a huge difference in my opinion.
