The service department is into ripping off customers. After my cars first two years of service for free was complete. They did the 30k service I was expecting it to be a little more since it was a big m After my cars first two years of service for free was complete. They did the 30k service I was expecting it to be a little more since it was a big milestone. They recommended additional services for the proper maintenance of the vehicle. So I went with their “recommendations” walked out with a ~$600 bill. The 35k maintenance I thought surely would be a regular maintenance service. They came back with other services that were recommended I walked out with a $500-600 bill. For 40k maintenance I thought for sure I would get through with just the regular 40k maintenance… oh no… they were recommending add on services of XYZ for the “maintenance” of the vehicle. When asked how much that would cost they said $600. I didn’t do their “recommended” add ons. If it costs this much to maintain a Toyota I was considering going back to Honda. Never have I felt ripped off taking my Honda to the dealership for service. I have since taken my vehicle to another non Ourisman Toyota dealership and guess what. There were no other recommended add on services. I will never be back to Ourisman. That includes for future vehicle purchases. Hope your dishonesty was worth losing my business! More
