No body came to me to talk or tell me about what I need extra. After 2 hours I go myself and find out my paper was employee desk. When I asked why she didn’t come to waiting room, she excused was busy. We pay more price than outside here for better and quick service but day by day this dealer losing that service. More

No hidden fees or high pressure. When I went in to finalize our deal, Danny was leaving for the day and handed me off to Marcel. I was a little nervous being handed off and wasn't sure if everything was going to stay the same. They had great communication and Marcel took off right where Danny had left off. Then I was off to Financing with Chanel. She was great also and handled all the financing with great efficiency and courteously. Everything went great and very satisfied with everyone.
