During the day, he called to provide regular updates on the estimate as well as the repair status of each car. The cars were ready for pickup the next day and check out was easy. I don't know what has happened in the past year or so, but my experience with the service department is so much better than it used to be. I can't say enough about Jose and his attention to detail and the little things he does to ensure his customers are taken care of. It was also good to see Mike Hillyard - when Mike is around, I know things are going to run smoothly. More

The joints needed replacing, the rubber had dried out and was cracking, and most of all my tires were almost ball. A very, very expensive job, the best thing is that I did not have to call a rental company to get a car while my car was being worked on, and I could afford the rental fee. :) Thank you for your rental cars, they are a life saver when I have to get to work. More
