Service and Recall I came for maintenance and also for the Toyota recall. I was informed within 20 minutes of my arrival that the car will not be ready before 8:00 pm a I came for maintenance and also for the Toyota recall. I was very pleased with the offer and was able to go home and picked my car the next day. I appreciate the accommodation of the a loaner car. More

Toyota what? Who? Okay. Pleasently Unexpected This is my first experience with this dealership and they make me want to buy another Toyota just so I can buy it from them! Glad we’re in the same area now. Everyone at the dealership was smiling, Just made me smile. My vehicle was serviced, cleaned and on time. -a very nice lady led me to the cashier, then another nice lady helped with the paperwork, and then a third nice lady helped me to my car out front. Wow. -the parts guy explained tires and rims to me and gave me an estimate. Quick, Very nice, and knowledgeable. -the service manager ordered a part for me which I found broke in my back seat. My family is rough on the 4Runner and probably broke it but he was sincerely concerned they may have broke it. Really nice guy. -the courtesy driver picked me up on time, and drove me to the dealership’s service bay. That was nice since it was cold outside. All of this took less than 45 min. Most of it was filled with my questions about tires and rims. I’m going to buy a TDR pro one day and it’ll be from them😊 because they are just so nice. More
