Excellent Serivce Worth the Price Since purchasing my first Toyoda at Ourisman Chantilly in 2005 I and my wife have had consistently excellent experiences with the service department. Since purchasing my first Toyoda at Ourisman Chantilly in 2005 I and my wife have had consistently excellent experiences with the service department. Never before had I relied on a dealer to service my previous cars, primarily because of cost considerations. However, I have discovered that the small extra cost for Toyoda service is well worth it given the excellent service I receive. My experience with Ourisman Chantilly is equal to that I benefitted from during the nine years (2006-2015) that I lived in Japan where I also drove a Toyoda while working as a professor at Akita International University.
