I just happened to pass by Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, on my way to th I did not even have Toyota Rav4 in mind when I ventured to look for a small SUV. I just happened to pass by Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, on my way to the Honda dealer nearby. Sherif Ahmed greeted me, showed me the Rav4 and all features I was looking for and without being pushy, convinced me to buy the Limited edition. I was impressed at how he handled all my questions, including comparisions with other makes and models. He was very patient and really wanted to get me the best deal possible on my Toyota Rav4 2014. He did as much as he could to make my purchase smooth and hassle free. I haggled on the price for hours but never did he express any sort of impatience. Sherif worked out a really good deal I could not refuse with the Sales Manager Heeman and they were happy to provide all that I wanted in my car for a really great price! The Finance office was equally patient and explained everything clearly. I have recommended this dealership to my friends and neighbors who are thinking of buying an SUV. More

2014 Camry SE My boyfriend purchased the above car for me, what a surprise! When I arrived at the dealership, Amen Riyati and the General Sales Manager greeted me My boyfriend purchased the above car for me, what a surprise! When I arrived at the dealership, Amen Riyati and the General Sales Manager greeted me at the door telling me how hard my boyfriend had worked to try to make this a total surprise for me. They had even ordered a pizza for us. Amen was very attentive and took me for a test drive of the vehicle, explained all of the features and made sure I understood them. Once back inside the dealership, Amen escorted us to EJ for financing. Another friendly and attentive staff member at Chantilly Ourisman! He went over all of the paperwork and explained the financing to us. Afterwards, Amen made arrangements for another staff member, a young man that I don't remember his name, but he went over using the navigation, satellite radio and how to hook up your cell phone with the Bluetooth in the car. He was also very attentive, respectful and patient with my questions. It was a rainy day and when I was ready to take possession of my new car, Amen helped me empty out my old vehicle and move everything into my new Camry. I have used this dealership before for service on my former vehicle and my son and daughter-in-law just purchased a RAV 4 a couple of weeks ago here as well. I will always come back for their great service. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. In this day and age, customer service is a dying art, but not at this dealership, whatever they're doing, they're doing it right. Chantilly Ourisman has a customer for life with me and I love my new Camry SE!!! More

I love the amazing level of comfort, room and great gas mileage I am getting with my new Prius V. After driving a SUV for 15+ years, this is a switch, but the new 2014 Prius V Wagon is very comfortable and roomy. And no one can tell it's a Prius, the wagon is rather large for a Prius, and I love it!! It is also nice to be remembered when I came back to my same sales person Ernesto Castedo and the GM David Timoner. The purchase was easy and I left happy. I feel over all I got a good price, but you always want better,LOL But you get what you pay for and I got a great car. With my SUV, the service was always quick and easy. And I love the 25 K miles free service that Toyota offers the 1st 2 years of new ownership. If we have bought 7 cars collectively over many years as a family, they must be doing something right, or trust me, we would have not returned. But they always are there to help, answer questions and assist. I highly recommend Chantilly Toyota Ourisman to anyone looking for a new or used car,truck or SUV. More
