I wrote the below review regarding the title STOP issue. The STOP was not noticed by their employee and should have been, but likely a mistake. At present, the General Manager is trying to work with me. I w The STOP was not noticed by their employee and should have been, but likely a mistake. At present, the General Manager is trying to work with me. I will provide further feedback at a later time. However, the service reviews scare me dearly. More
The worst dealer in america. This place sucks big time. They are bad evil people. Make you wait 2 hours for an oil change and then also I don't think they did it. I still had to pay for it though. I never ever ever write reviews but feel compelled to do so. I purchased a Used Car from Ourisman Toyota with a friendly sales staff person. It seems that everything worked out until I got a call from Ouris so. I purchased a Used Car from Ourisman Toyota with a friendly sales staff person. It seems that everything worked out until I got a call from Ourisman that the titling and registration had a STOP. They recommended that I contact the DMV to get it removed. When I went to the DMV they told me the STOP was on the car and confirmed that my DMV account was clear. As it turns out, the Dealership, Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, never got title of the car, because of the STOP from the previous owner. The Oursman Chantilly Toyota Dealership essentially sold me a car that they did not have title of. Of course, I am left to deal with the mess. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR DECEITFUL PRACTICES. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM OURISMAN. More
After reading the many unfavorable reviews on this dealiship, I decided to visit anyway because the price I was quoted online was so much cheaper than others I had received. Bracing for the worst (pu dealiship, I decided to visit anyway because the price I was quoted online was so much cheaper than others I had received. Bracing for the worst (pushy salesmen, high pressure sales, etc.), I was completely surprised by the lack of pressure to buy --- I didn't get any "this rate is good for the next 10 minutes only" or anything like that. They were amenable to negotiations in price and the business managers respected my decision to decline all the extra options without pressuring me. My only advice to others would be to do your homework befor buying or financing there --- an informed consumer is in a much better position to negotiate a good deal. If you can, work with Zach Sargent, he was great. He gave my wife and I room to discuss the purchase without hovering over us to make a decision. Nice guy and a pleasure to work with...if only he could have gotten me those floor mats for free, that would have been cool! More
JD was very nice and friendly, and made sure that I was buying the car that I wanted at a good price. He didn't really make it seem like it was okay to negotiate because he was giving me the "lowest" price buying the car that I wanted at a good price. He didn't really make it seem like it was okay to negotiate because he was giving me the "lowest" price possible. In any case I was happy with the price and he was great to work with. More

We purchased our 2010 Toyota Highlander last week, and JD was great. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. JD worked with us on features and price to come up with a win-win. In addition, he wen was great. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. JD worked with us on features and price to come up with a win-win. In addition, he went above and beyond to get us the vehicle (in was an incoming unit) before we left town for a trip. We would definitely recommend JD to our family and friends. Joshua was also great during the financing and paperwork process--we appreciated his kind and professional demeanor and well as his patience with our numerous questions. Overall a good experience! This is an awful dealership. I went there on Black Friday to buy a new 2010 CAMRY LE and started negotiating on the price. The salesman, Brad came up with a price which I did not think was a good price. So, to buy a new 2010 CAMRY LE and started negotiating on the price. The salesman, Brad came up with a price which I did not think was a good price. So, I told him that he would have to do better since I already have a quote lower than that. I had done my research and had obtained quotes from various dealerships in the area over phone or via email. So, Brad obviously calls his Director of Sales, Billy Brown who starts negotiating and we discuss a price on which I said I would award my business to them if they can offer that. So, Billy goes back and sends Brad back (instead of himself coming back) and says that they would part with the vehicle with 18500 + 369 (processing) + Tags and Tax. I asked and confirmed that this would be out of door price and no destination or documentation charges would be added to this. Brad confirmed that and said that this deal is good till end of the day. So, I went out to grab some lunch as my 18 month old baby was getting tired and we called Brad after lunch and he said come back and he will the vehicle ready and washed for us. When we came back, Brad said, lets begin the paperwork and he made copies of my DL and Insurance card and I filled the credit application. As we waited, Billy comes back (not Brad) and says that there has been some miscommunication and the price offered does not include destination charge of 750. Needless to say that he was playing hardball and was just trying to add to the sale price which had been verbally agreed to before. Initially, I said that this is not what was communicated to us a couple of hours ago. But, Billy got stuck and said take it or leave it. I even mentioned that even if it is miscommunication on their side (between him and Brad), I am willing to pay extra 250 instead of 750 (even though they should have honored the price they gave me), he just wouldn't budge. Finally, we left the place disgusted with their way of doing business and their going back on their word. I figured that if the Director of Sales has such bad business ethics, am sure it flowed down to the staff. I am glad we did not award our business to them and got a deal elsewhere. I would advise everyone to do the same. More
On December 29, 2006, I took my Sequoia to Ourisman Chantilly Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. After picking up the vehicle (I was called and informed that the vehicle was ready), I determin Chantilly Toyota for an oil change and tire rotation. After picking up the vehicle (I was called and informed that the vehicle was ready), I determined when I arrived at home that evening that the work was never done. The next day, I called and spoke to another service advisor (#2) about my findings, and he told me that I needed to take the vehicle back to the dealership so that he could verify what I was saying was valid. Before I left home, advisor #2 called back and told me that he believed that I was correct, and that somehow my vehicle had slipped through without being serviced. On December 30, 2006, advisor #2 had my vehicle serviced and told me that the next service would be free due to this mishap. On August 3, 2007, I took my Sequoia again for an oil change and tire rotation, and told the service advisor (#3) that this service was supposed to be free. Advisor #3 got annoyed and told me that according to the computer, my last service was free. Following my explanation, he got flustered and remarked that he could not figure out what was going, and then called advisor #2 for clarification. After advisor #2 arrived, he initially could not remember, and the note at the back of advisor #2’s business card (which I produced) and in the computer was unclear as to which service was supposed to be free. I don’t think that it takes a rocket scientist’s powers of deduction to determine that a vehicle does not need an oil change and tire rotation on two consecutive days (12/29/06 and 12/30/06), and that the service on December 30, 2006 was not free but the actual work that was never done on December 29, 2006. Advisor #2’s memory finally came back and he recalled the December incident. However, based on advisor #3’s behavior/demeanor, I was made to feel like I was the one who was trying to get a free ride, when in fact the problem lies with Ourisman Chantilly Toyota’s incompetence since they were the ones who initially tried to "rip me off". I'm unsure if this is a unique situation or if other customers have had their vehicles "serviced" with just a car wash. Their advisors need customer service training – fortunately there is a choice of service centers in the Washington metro area. I suggest avoiding them unless you prefer lousy service and belligerent advisors. More
We had a very unpleasant experience with the “Director of Sales” Billy Brown at the Chantilly location. He is the rudest, most unprofessional manager of anything I’ve ever seen in my life. He “Director of Sales” Billy Brown at the Chantilly location. He is the rudest, most unprofessional manager of anything I’ve ever seen in my life. He was very disrespectful to both me and my wife, then he and his staff laughed at us as we walked out. I guess fuzzy math and spinning things makes a guy rude. We bought from the location a few years back, and it was VERY painful. Against our better judgment we went back there to try and buy another car from them. Huge mistake…we should have known better. They’ll give you nothing for your car and charge you more than market price for theirs…it’s a great deal if you’re looking to get ripped off and be treated like a second class citizen by a car salesman! Imagine that! They make up excuse after excuse about how internet pricing isn’t accurate or representative of the market, unless of course it benefits them. Needless to say, we won’t be going back there, ever. I would recommend some serious customer service training for Billy. More
